How do I start mining?
Go to the Miners section and choose a plan that fits your budget. Fund your wallet first, then select a plan and confirm the purchase. Your miner activates immediately and starts earning daily BTC payouts.
What plans are available?
We offer four tiers:
• Entry Plan — $100–$499 · 7-day lock period
• Starter Plan — $500–$2,499 · 14-day lock period
• Growth Plan — $2,500–$9,999 · 30-day lock period
• Elite Plan — $10,000+ · 30-day lock period
Higher plans give you more TH/s and better efficiency ratings.

How do I fund my wallet?
Click Fund Wallet from the Wallet section or the top toolbar. You can deposit using USDT (ERC-20) or Bitcoin. Funds are credited once the transaction is confirmed on-chain (usually within 10–30 minutes).
EARNINGS & WITHDRAWALS
When and how do I receive payouts?
Mining earnings are calculated daily and credited to your Mining Yield balance at midnight UTC. The yield balance is separate from your main wallet — you can watch it grow in the Wallet section.
How do I move my earnings to my wallet?
In the Wallet section, click Cash Out to Wallet on the Mining Yield card. The minimum cash-out is $10. Once cashed out, the amount is added to your Wallet Balance immediately but is held for 12 hours before it becomes withdrawable — this is a security measure to protect against fraudulent activity.
How do I withdraw funds?
Click Withdraw in the Wallet section. Only your available balance (wallet balance minus any funds still in the 12-hour hold window) can be withdrawn. Enter your wallet address, confirm the amount, and the transfer will be processed within 1–24 hours.
Can I sell my miner before the lock period ends?
No — miners are locked during the initial period (7, 14, or 30 days depending on your plan tier). Once the lock expires, a Sell Miner button appears on your miner card. Selling returns your invested amount to your wallet balance after a short processing window.
ACCOUNT & SECURITY
Why do I need to complete KYC?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is required by financial regulation to verify your identity. It unlocks full withdrawal capabilities and higher deposit limits. You can start the process in Profile → KYC Verification. Verification typically takes 1–3 business days.
How do I enable Two-Factor Authentication?
Go to Profile → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP-compatible app), then enter the 6-digit code shown in the app to activate. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account and funds.
I lost access to my 2FA app — what do I do?
If you've lost access to your authenticator app, please contact our support team via email at support@axiommining.com with your account details and a copy of your government ID. Account recovery with 2FA requires manual identity verification for your protection.
