Hit Fund Wallet in the Wallet section or the toolbar up top. You can come in with USDT (ERC-20), Bitcoin, or Ethereum. On-chain confirmation usually takes 10 to 30 minutes, then your balance updates.

Every day. Earnings calculate daily and drop straight into your Mining Yield balance. That's separate from your main wallet by design. Think of it as the bucket that collects what your miners produce.

When you cash out Mining Yield to your wallet, a 15% service fee comes off the top. Cash out $100 and you get $85.00. Before you hit confirm, we show you the exact breakdown so you know what you're getting. The fee covers infrastructure, hardware upkeep, and network costs.

In the Wallet section, click Cash Out on the Mining Yield card. The minimum is $10 before the 15% commission. Your net amount lands in your Wallet Balance immediately, but there's a 1-hour security hold before you can withdraw it.

Go to the Wallet section and click Withdraw. You can only send out your available balance, which is your wallet balance minus anything still in the 1-hour hold window. Enter your crypto address, confirm the amount, and it processes within 1 to 24 hours.

No. All miners have a lock period. Entry locks for 7 days, Starter for 14, and Growth through Whale all lock for 30. Once it expires, a Sell Miner button shows up on your miner card. Selling puts your original investment back in your wallet after a short processing window.

It's a legal requirement. We have to verify who our users are, and KYC is how we do that. Completing it unlocks full withdrawal access. Go to Profile → KYC Verification to start. Most verifications wrap up in 1 to 3 business days.

Go to Profile → Two-Factor Authentication. Scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP app, then enter the 6-digit code to confirm. Do it. It's the most effective thing you can do to keep your account from being compromised.

Open a support ticket and pick Account & Security as the category. Recovery means manual identity verification, so our team will walk you through the steps. Going forward, keep your backup codes somewhere you won't lose them.

You can't do it yourself, and that's intentional. Open a support ticket, pick the Account category, and include your current email, the new one, and a quick reason. We'll verify your identity and make the switch within 24 to 48 hours.

When it's on, every withdrawal triggers a one-time code sent to your email. You have to enter it before anything goes through. It's on by default. If you turn it off, your password alone is enough to authorize withdrawals. Changing this setting either way requires your password plus an email code, since it directly affects how withdrawals are secured.

Instead of letting your Mining Yield sit, Auto-Compound moves it back into mining capacity on the first of each month. If you're building long-term and don't want to manage cashouts manually, it's worth turning on. Our team handles the reinvestment.

Closing is permanent. Your funds, data, and mining history are all gone. If you still want to proceed, go to Profile → Notifications & Preferences → Close Account. You'll need your password, a confirmation code sent to your registered email, and completed KYC verification. You'll also type a confirmation phrase so it can't happen by accident.
