• KYC documents: Government-issued photo ID, date of birth, country of residence, and full legal name — required for withdrawal eligibility
• Financial activity: Wallet balances, transaction history, mining yields, and withdrawal requests
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session data collected automatically when you use the platform

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process mining rewards and withdrawals
• Verify your identity (KYC) as required for financial compliance
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, withdrawal updates, security alerts)

• Passwords hashed using bcrypt before storage — plaintext passwords are never stored
• KYC documents stored in a restricted server directory, inaccessible via direct URL
• Session cookies are HTTP-only and use strict mode to prevent hijacking
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available to all users
• Admin access protected by brute-force rate limiting and bcrypt-hashed credentials

No method of storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Cookies

Axiom Mining uses session cookies to keep you logged in while you use the platform. These cookies are essential to the Service and cannot be disabled. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services in operating the platform:

• Titan Email (via Hostinger): Used to deliver transactional emails. Your email address is shared with this provider solely for delivery purposes.
• CoinGecko API: Used to fetch live Bitcoin price data. No personal information is shared with CoinGecko.
• DiceBear: Used to generate avatar images from seeds. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, KYC documents which may be retained for up to 5 years under AML obligations).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to certain uses of your data
