These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Axiom Mining platform, including our website, dashboard, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Axiom Mining. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Use of the Service may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that using Axiom Mining is legal where you reside. Residents of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency services are prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.
Axiom Mining provides cloud-based Bitcoin mining services. Members purchase hash rate contracts, which allocate a portion of our industrial mining capacity on their behalf. Bitcoin rewards generated by that hash rate are credited to each member's Axiom wallet on a daily basis. Axiom Mining owns and operates all physical mining hardware. Members do not own, lease, or have any claim to physical equipment.
Daily rewards are calculated based on your active hash rate, the current Bitcoin network difficulty, and the prevailing Bitcoin price. Rewards are variable and are not guaranteed. Axiom Mining does not promise any specific return on investment. Past performance displayed on the platform is illustrative only and does not indicate future results.
Rewards are credited to your Axiom wallet balance automatically every 24 hours. Axiom Mining reserves the right to adjust reward calculations if network conditions change materially.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Axiom Mining will never ask for your password. You agree to:
Withdrawals require successful identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC). You must submit a valid government-issued photo ID and provide accurate personal details. Axiom Mining reserves the right to request additional documentation and to suspend withdrawal access pending verification. Falsifying KYC documents is prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals are subject to the minimum threshold set by your account tier. All withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take up to 5 business days. Axiom Mining may delay or decline a withdrawal if fraud is suspected, KYC has not been completed, or the request violates these Terms. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible — you are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Mining contract purchases are non-refundable once hash rate has been activated. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@axiommining.org. We will review each case individually.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom Mining and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of mining rewards due to network disruptions, regulatory changes, or force majeure events. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Axiom Mining in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Axiom Mining reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Any accrued balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of termination for non-policy-breach reasons will be made available for withdrawal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Milam County, Texas.
